Larger homes: zoning and roof space
A ducted system in a big St Lucia house should be zoned around how the household lives. Typical zones are living areas for the afternoon and evening, bedrooms overnight, and a study or rumpus room that is only used part of the time. Two-storey homes often need upstairs and downstairs treated separately, because the top floor warms up under the roof.
Before suggesting a layout we check:
