When a Coorparoo house is raised and built under, the upstairs roof space is usually generous, but there is no easy path for ducts to the new lower floor. Options include a second, smaller ducted unit in the downstairs ceiling, a bulkhead in the new ceiling, or splitting the work: ducted upstairs and a split system for the lower living room. How many zones

Where the house has two levels, give each floor separate control, since the upper rooms under the iron sit several degrees warmer.
