What we do in Tugun

In Tugun’s post-war homes, upstairs bedrooms and living rooms often trap heat. Built-in lower levels can share an outdoor unit through a multi-head system. Outdoor units often sit at ground level beneath the house, with pipes run up the stumps.

Apartments and townhouses in Tugun need body corporate approval for outdoor unit locations and wall penetrations. Compact splits and back-to-back installs keep pipe runs short and tidy.

Questions we hear in Tugun

Do I need a separate electrician for the power?

No. Our electrical side can run the circuit and isolator, so the install is handled by one business.

Split system or ducted for a Tugun home?

Splits suit cooling a few rooms. Ducted suits whole-home comfort where there is suitable roof space. We explain both for your layout.

How big should a Tugun air conditioner be?

We measure the room, check ceiling height, insulation and glazing, then recommend a capacity rather than relying on floor area alone.
