What we do in Ormeau

New homes in Ormeau are well insulated, but upstairs bedrooms and west-facing rooms still get hot. Adding splits upstairs or fitting zoned ducted are the usual options. On compact lots, outdoor units are positioned with airflow and neighbours in mind.

Not every Ormeau street is the same. Across Ormeau’s estates, the original air conditioners are now well into their second decade. Single-storey homes with good roof space are well suited to ducted air conditioning with zoning.

Questions we hear in Ormeau

Who does the power for a new Ormeau air conditioner?

Our electrical side runs the dedicated circuit and isolator, so you don’t need to book a separate trade.

Are your air conditioning installers licensed?

Yes. We hold ARCtick refrigerant trading authorisation L145877, and Cockatoo Plumbing Electrical HVAC Services Pty Ltd holds QBCC licence 15409163.

Is it worth replacing an older unit?

Older units are often less efficient and harder to repair. We can recover the refrigerant, remove the old system and fit a new one.
